Healthy Plant-Based Banana Date Cookies
Ingredients
- banana
- dates
- sunflower seed butter
- rolled oats
- cinnamon
- orange
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.
Mash the banana with a fork until it’s a soft puree.
Cut each date into tiny pieces.
Add the mashed banana, sunflower seed butter, rolled oats, cinnamon and dates in a bowl and mix until fully blended.
Drop the dough by the tablespoonful onto a cookie sheet, then press down slightly to make cookies.
Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool.
Enjoy your delicious healthy treat with an orange on the side.
