Creamy Smoked Paprika Pasta
Ingredients
- Pasta of choice for 4
Sauce
- 1 cup soaked cashew nuts
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 2 tsp smoked paprika powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper, ground
Other
- 2 onions
- 200-400g cherry tomatoes
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach
Preparation
Boil the pasta according to package instructions.
Boil the cashew nuts for 5 minutes, then mix all the sauce ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
Sauté on medium heat until the onion is soft, then add the sauce, heat on medium heat, add the pasta and combine.
Serve.
