Vegan Broccoli Wings with Chickpea Flour Batter

Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • salt
  • pepper
  • smoked paprika
  • garlic powder
  • nutritional yeast
  • herbs

Preparation

  1. Cook the broccoli al dente.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the batter.

  3. Dip the broccoli florets in the batter and place on baking paper.

  4. Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes.
