Vegan Broccoli Wings with Chickpea Flour Batter
Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup plant milk
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- salt
- pepper
- smoked paprika
- garlic powder
- nutritional yeast
- herbs
Preparation
Cook the broccoli al dente.
Mix all the ingredients for the batter.
Dip the broccoli florets in the batter and place on baking paper.
Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes.
