Vegetable Lo Mein Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 medium red pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Bragg Ginger & Sesame dressing
  • 8 oz Chinese noodles
  • 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables

Preparation

  1. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat the sesame oil in a large wok or skillet.

  3. Add the green onions (white parts), minced garlic, and vegetables to the hot pan. Stir fry until fork-tender, about 5 minutes.

  4. Add the liquid ingredients and sugar and loosen the browned bits up off the bottom of the pan.

  5. Add the cooked noodles and toss around in the hot pan to combine.
