Easy Sticky Rice Pineapple BBQ Bowls
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- Pure Farmland plant-based protein starters
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 cup pineapple
- white rice
- fresh green onion
- sesame seeds
Preparation
Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a pan.
Add Pure Farmland protein starters, break into small pieces, and cook for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk together 1/3 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro, 1/4 cup chopped green onion, 1 tsp sriracha, 3 cloves garlic, and 1 tsp grated ginger.
Cut up 1 cup pineapple into small chunks.
Add the sauce to the protein starters on the stove.
Add pineapple, turn heat to low, and let cook for two minutes, then turn off heat.
Serve over white rice and add fresh green onion and sesame seeds on top.
