Zucchini Fritters Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups zucchini, grated
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 4 tablespoons chickpea flour
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp @thrivealgae oil
Preparation
Add salt to the grated zucchini and let it sit for 5 minutes
Squeeze the liquid from the zucchini and transfer to a bowl
Mix in rice flour, chickpea flour, red chili powder, turmeric, green chili, a touch of oil, and salt
Heat pan with thrive algae oil
Shape the batter into little fritters, place in the pan and cook until both sides are browned
