Basil Pesto Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 17 oz of gnocchi ⁣
  • - 2 tbs of olive oil ⁣
  • - Salt/pepper to taste
  • 1 handful of fresh basil ⁣
  • - 1 handful of spinach ⁣
  • - 2 small garlic cloves ⁣
  • - 2 tbs of nutritional yeast⁣
  • - 1/3 cup of walnuts ⁣
  • - 2 tbs of olive oil ⁣
  • - Juice of 1 lemon ⁣
  • - 2 tbs of water ⁣
  • - Salt/pepper to taste⁣
  • 1 handful of fresh basil ⁣
  • - 1 handful of spinach ⁣

  • - 2 tbs of nutritional yeast⁣
  • - 1/3 cup of walnuts ⁣
  • - 2 tbs of olive oil ⁣
  • - Juice of 1 lemon ⁣
  • - 2 tbs of water ⁣
  • - Salt/pepper to taste⁣

Preparation

  1. In a medium-sized pan, add gnocchi and olive oil. Cook on medium-low for about 10 minutes. ⁣

  2. Remove gnocchi from the pan. ⁣

  3. Mix in your Homemade Basil Pesto in with your gnocchi ⁣

  4. Enjoy

  6. Add all ingredients to the food processor. Process until smooth & creamy. ⁣
