Lemon Garlic Shrimp Skillet Dish

Ingredients

  • 450 gm shrimps peeled & deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon sliced thinly
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water or broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes or to your taste

Preparation

  1. Put shrimp in bowl and add salt, pepper, and garlic then refrigerate for 30 minutes

  2. Heat oil in skillet on medium heat and add shrimp, cook until shrimp curl for 2-3 minutes

  3. Add lemon slices, lemon juice, vinegar, water or broth, and simmer for 2 minutes

  4. Transfer shrimp to serving plate and garnish with chopped parsley and pepper flakes, then enjoy
