Miso Noodle Pots for Easy Lunches
Ingredients
- Rice noodles
- Spinach
- Edamame beans
- Mushrooms
- Spring onions
- Fresh coriander
- Chilli
- Tofu
- Miso paste
Optional add-ins
- Cooked prawns
- Cooked chicken
- Other vegetables
Preparation
Layer wet ingredients such as vegetables and tofu at the bottom of a container.
Place dry noodles on top.
When ready to eat, pour boiling water over the mixture.
Allow it to sit until the noodles soften and everything is heated.
