Quick and Easy Crispy Falafels
Ingredients
- 230g boiled chickpeas
- 0.25 cup gluten-free oat flour (or 40ml tapioca flour)
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil (for frying)
Preparation
Blend all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Shape patties.
Fry on each side (medium heat) for 3-4 minutes.
Serve with sriracha mayo (vegan).
