Quick and Easy Crispy Falafels

Ingredients

  • 230g boiled chickpeas
  • 0.25 cup gluten-free oat flour (or 40ml tapioca flour)
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil (for frying)

Preparation

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Shape patties.

  3. Fry on each side (medium heat) for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Serve with sriracha mayo (vegan).
