Delicious Homemade Hummus with Chickpeas and Tahini
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1 heaped Tbsp @mayversfood tahini
- Juice of 1 medium sized lemon
- 1 Tbsp aquafaba
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth, usually around 3 minutes.
Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
