Delicious Homemade Hummus with Chickpeas and Tahini

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 heaped Tbsp @mayversfood tahini
  • Juice of 1 medium sized lemon
  • 1 Tbsp aquafaba
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth, usually around 3 minutes.

  2. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
