Quick Lunch with Egg Avocado and Sweet Potato

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • feta cheese
  • 1/2 avocado
  • sweet potato chips
  • sietefoods chips

Preparation

  1. Boil egg for 7 minutes in boiling water, then transfer to cold water to cool.

  2. Bake sweet potato chips for 20 minutes on each side at 400F.

  3. Assemble the meal by tossing together the egg, tomato with feta, avocado, sweet potato chips, and sietefoods chips.
