Vegan Spicy Chickpea Tuna Salad Wraps
Ingredients
Spicy chickpea tuna spread
- 1 1/3 cup chickpeas
- 1/3 cup tofu ranch dressing or vegan mayo
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard or regular mustard
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
For assembly
- Tortilla wraps or bread
- Assorted veggies (such as greens, tomatoes, sprouts, pickled radish), to taste
- Smokey bacon sauce, optional
Preparation
Mash the chickpeas using a fork or in a food processor until slightly chunky
Add the remaining spread ingredients and mix well in a bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste
Assembly
Spread the chickpea mixture onto tortilla wraps or bread
Top with assorted veggies and smokey bacon sauce
Roll up the wraps and serve
