White Bean Pesto Macaroni with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 can/425g cooked white beans
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 1 cup spinach (optional)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
Preparation
Blend all ingredients and add a small amount of water to reach a creamy consistency.
Serve with cooked pasta of choice and enjoy.
