White Bean Pesto Macaroni with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 can/425g cooked white beans
  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients and add a small amount of water to reach a creamy consistency.

  2. Serve with cooked pasta of choice and enjoy.
