Creamy Herb and Veggie Dip

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp unsweetened plant-based yogurt
  • 2 packs plant-based cream fraiche
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 2 handfuls fresh dill
  • 3 handfuls fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 handful chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Additional chives and minced onion for garnish

Preparation

  1. Chop the parsley and dill.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, plant-based yogurt, chopped parsley, and chopped dill.

  3. Mix in the lemon juice, lemon zest, vinegar, dried minced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Refrigerate the dip for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld.

  5. Before serving, garnish the dip with additional chopped chives and minced onion.

  6. Serve the creamy herb and veggie dip with veggie sticks or bread.
