Easy and Healthy Dark Chocolate Fudges
Ingredients
- 1 cup butternut squash/zucchini/pumpkin or sweet potato puree;
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (i used 100% cacao, no dairy and no sugar added);
- 2 - 4 tbsp sweetener of your choice to taste (optional);
- pinch pink sea salt;
Preparation
Bake the squash/zucchini/sweet potato until it’s soft to make the puree or if using canned pumpkin, heat it until it’s warm
Melt the chocolate chips and mix with all the other ingredients
Pour the mixture into the desired dish or molds and refrigerate until it is firm. (*use parchment paper to avoid sticking)
You can change the flavor to peanut butter! Just use 1/2 cup of the puree and 1/2 cup peanut butter
