Easy Paleo Chocolate Chip Blondies

Ingredients

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • In a bowl, mix together
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar (haven’t tested any other sugar)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Sprinkle of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together with a stand mixer or hand mixer. It takes a few times to form a dough and it’ll be a little crumbly but it’ll be okay

  2. Add 1/4 cup - 1/2 cup chocolate chips (or nuts) then mix them in with a spatula. #l

  3. Line a pan with parchment paper (I did a square brownie pan) and pat the dough into the pan. You’ll want to pack it together then smooth it out. Bake for 18-20 mins. Add a little melted chocolate on top or even some nut butter
