Pumpkin Crumb Cake Bars
Ingredients
- 2/3c pumpkin purée
- 1 flax egg
- 1/4c coconut sugar
- 2tbsp nut/ seed butter
- 2tbsp milk
- 1tsp baking powder
- 3tbsp coconut flour
Crumb topping
- 1 flax egg
- 1-3tsp cinnamon
- 1/4c almond flour
- 1tbsp coconut flour
- 1tbsp nut / seed butter
Preparation
Mix everything and add to baking dish.
Mix crumb topping and spread evenly on top of batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
