Homemade Cheesy Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 6g thyme leaves
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 6oz yeast flakes
  • 100g cashews or chickpeas
  • 100g water
  • 60g kale

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except the kale in a blender until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture over the kale pieces and coat them gently but thoroughly with your hands

  3. Spread out on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate for 10 hours

  4. If you don’t have a dehydrator, preheat the oven to 150°C, bake for 1-2 hours until crispy, and sprinkle with sea salt
