Homemade Cheesy Kale Chips
Ingredients
- 6g thyme leaves
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 6oz yeast flakes
- 100g cashews or chickpeas
- 100g water
- 60g kale
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except the kale in a blender until smooth
Pour the mixture over the kale pieces and coat them gently but thoroughly with your hands
Spread out on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate for 10 hours
If you don’t have a dehydrator, preheat the oven to 150°C, bake for 1-2 hours until crispy, and sprinkle with sea salt
