My Favorite Easy Vegan Sauces
Ingredients
Maple sriracha
- 1/4 cup sriracha
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave
Vegan ketchup
- 1 cup tomato paste (270 g)
- 3-4 dates (medjool preferred)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano (optional)
- Sea salt to taste
Creamy peanut
- 1/4 cup peanut or almond butter
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup or agave
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Lemon tahini
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Preparation
Maple sriracha
Whisk together all ingredients.
Vegan ketchup
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Creamy peanut
Whisk together all ingredients.
Add an extra tablespoon of lime juice or water if needed.
Lemon tahini
Whisk together all ingredients.
Add more water or lemon juice if needed.
