Vegan Korean BBQ Sauce for Cauliflower Wings
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp tamari
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons yellow miso
- 1 Tbsp sriracha
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Mustard Powder
- 3/4 – 1 Cup Water (thin to desired consistency)
Preparation
Whisk all the ingredients together to combine.
Store in an airtight jar; it can last for up to two weeks.
