Vegan Korean BBQ Sauce for Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp tamari
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons yellow miso
  • 1 Tbsp sriracha
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Mustard Powder
  • 3/4 – 1 Cup Water (thin to desired consistency)

Preparation

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together to combine.

  2. Store in an airtight jar; it can last for up to two weeks.
