Citrus Soy Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp garlic chili sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 scallion minced
- 1/8 cup water
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl, then set aside for at least 10-15 minutes before use
Use sauce to pour over noodles or tofu
Store any extra in the fridge for use in other meals
