Ninja Creami High-Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 32 grams protein powder (vanilla or white chocolate peppermint PESCIENCE)
  • 2 stevia packets
  • 4 grams sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix powder (or any flavor)
  • 380 ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)

Mix-ins

  • 60 grams glam cookie crumbles
  • 5 grams Lily’s white chocolate chips
  • 6 grams Jet Black Cocoa

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until fully mixed and smooth.

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and place in the freezer for at least 24 hours.

  3. Take the lid off the pint and place in the Ninja Creami outer bowl, install the Creami paddle, lock into place, and select the Lite Ice Cream mode to spin for several minutes.

  4. After processing, assess the consistency; if powdery, respin using the FULL button until smooth, then add mix-ins and press the mix-in function for the final step.
