Single Serve Lotus Biscoff Cinnamon Roll
Ingredients
- 35g (2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon) applesauce
- 4g (about 1/2 teaspoon) maple syrup
- 70g (1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon) whole wheat flour
- 15ml (1 tablespoon) almond milk
- 3g (3/4 teaspoon) baking powder
Filling
- Maple syrup
- Ground cinnamon
- Lotus biscoff
Preparation
Mix the dough ingredients together to form a soft dough
Prepare the filling by combining maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and crushed lotus biscoff in a small bowl
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle
Spread the filling evenly over the dough
Roll up the dough tightly and slice into one or more rolls
Place the roll(s) in a baking dish and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes
