Ingredients

  • 1 banana (best when pre-frozen)
  • 1 pitted Medjool date
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 heaped tablespoons hemp seeds

  • 2 teaspoons cacao powder
  • 150ml almond or oat milk
  • Few cubes of ice

Preparation
