Spicy Jalapeno Popper Hash Browns
Ingredients
- 4-6 frozen hashbrown patties
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
- 2 tbsp diced jalapeños
- 4-6 thin sliced jalapeños
- 1 tablespoon bbq seasoning
Preparation
Cook the hash brown patties according to package instructions until golden and crispy
In a mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, and BBQ seasoning to make a filling
Top each cooked hash brown patty with the cheese mixture
Broil or bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly
Garnish with thin sliced jalapeños and serve hot
