Smashed Crispy Potato Chaat

Ingredients

  • Baby Dutch potatoes
  • 2 chutneys
  • whipped yogurt
  • red onions
  • cilantro
  • chaat masala

Preparation

  1. Boil the baby Dutch potatoes until tender.

  2. Smash the potatoes.

  3. Crisp them in the oven.

  4. Top with 2 chutneys, whipped yogurt, red onions, cilantro, and a generous sprinkling of chaat masala.
