Smashed Crispy Potato Chaat
Ingredients
- Baby Dutch potatoes
- 2 chutneys
- whipped yogurt
- red onions
- cilantro
- chaat masala
Preparation
Boil the baby Dutch potatoes until tender.
Smash the potatoes.
Crisp them in the oven.
Top with 2 chutneys, whipped yogurt, red onions, cilantro, and a generous sprinkling of chaat masala.
