Vegan Naan Appetizer with Cheese and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Vegan naan or other flatbread
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese
  • Thinly sliced garlic
  • Sliced cherry tomatoes
  • Sliced olives
  • Dry basil
  • Dry oregano
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Place naan on a lined baking tray.

  2. Top with a layer of vegan mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced garlic, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, dry basil, dry oregano, red pepper flakes, and a tiny sprinkle of garlic powder.

  3. Bake in the oven at 400°F until the edges brown a little and the cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
