Vegan Naan Appetizer with Cheese and Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Vegan naan or other flatbread
- Vegan mozzarella cheese
- Thinly sliced garlic
- Sliced cherry tomatoes
- Sliced olives
- Dry basil
- Dry oregano
- Red pepper flakes
- Garlic powder
Preparation
Place naan on a lined baking tray.
Top with a layer of vegan mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced garlic, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, dry basil, dry oregano, red pepper flakes, and a tiny sprinkle of garlic powder.
Bake in the oven at 400°F until the edges brown a little and the cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
