Vegan Seven Layer Dip with Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

  • Real Food From The Ground Up Butternut Squash Tortilla Chips
  • 1 can of refried beans
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1/2 block of tofu
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup of salsa
  • Vegan cheese
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Chopped cherry tomatoes
  • Olives (optional)
  • Green onion (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blend 1/2 block of tofu, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp onion powder to make vegan sour cream.

  2. Layer the dip in a dish, starting with the refried beans at the bottom.

  3. Add a layer of guacamole on top of the beans.

  4. Spread the vegan sour cream over the guacamole.

  5. Add a layer of salsa.

  6. Sprinkle vegan cheese on top.

  7. Add chopped romaine lettuce.

  8. Top with chopped cherry tomatoes.

  9. Optionally, add olives and chopped green onion.

  10. Serve with the Real Food From The Ground Up Butternut Squash Tortilla Chips and enjoy.
