Roasted Brussels Sprouts Side Dish

Ingredients

  • 500 g brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 tbsp roasted onion
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Rinse and add the brussels sprouts to a form.

  2. Chop half an onion into small strips and add them to the form as well.

  3. Add the liquids and the spices and combine everything together.

  4. Sprinkle some roasted onion on top of everything.

  5. Let the brussels sprouts roast in the oven for 30 min on 200 degrees.
