Berry Croissant Rolls with Tahini Glaze
Ingredients
- 2 packages AH Croissant dough for 6 croissants
- 150 grams Hero jam of choice (e.g., berry, raspberry, or apricot)
- 2 tablespoons BioToday White Tahini
- 150 grams blueberries
- 50 grams powdered sugar
Preparation
Unroll the croissant dough and spread with jam
Add blueberries and roll the dough into logs
Cut the logs into individual rolls and place on a baking sheet
Bake for 15 minutes until golden and puffed
Mix tahini and powdered sugar to make a glaze and drizzle over the warm rolls
