Berry Croissant Rolls with Tahini Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 packages AH Croissant dough for 6 croissants
  • 150 grams Hero jam of choice (e.g., berry, raspberry, or apricot)
  • 2 tablespoons BioToday White Tahini
  • 150 grams blueberries
  • 50 grams powdered sugar

Preparation

  1. Unroll the croissant dough and spread with jam

  2. Add blueberries and roll the dough into logs

  3. Cut the logs into individual rolls and place on a baking sheet

  4. Bake for 15 minutes until golden and puffed

  5. Mix tahini and powdered sugar to make a glaze and drizzle over the warm rolls
