Spiked Vegan Cold Brew Egg Nog Latte
Ingredients
- 3 oz vodka
- 3 oz cold brew coffee
- 4 oz vegan eggnog
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1 tsp granulated sweetener of choice (for rim)
Vanilla coconut foam
- 1 oz canned coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
Preparation
Prep glass by wetting the rim and pressing into a mix of cinnamon and sweetener on a plate. Carefully fill with ice.
In a shaker, add ice and all ingredients for cocktail and shake vigorously to combine. Pour over ice.
Combine ingredients for foam in a separate glass and use a hand frother to mix for 30-60 seconds until light and fluffy. Pour on top, sprinkle with nutmeg, and add a cinnamon stick.
