Spiked Vegan Cold Brew Egg Nog Latte

Ingredients

  • 3 oz vodka
  • 3 oz cold brew coffee
  • 4 oz vegan eggnog
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 1 tsp granulated sweetener of choice (for rim)

Vanilla coconut foam

  • 1 oz canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash of cinnamon and nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Prep glass by wetting the rim and pressing into a mix of cinnamon and sweetener on a plate. Carefully fill with ice.

  2. In a shaker, add ice and all ingredients for cocktail and shake vigorously to combine. Pour over ice.

  3. Combine ingredients for foam in a separate glass and use a hand frother to mix for 30-60 seconds until light and fluffy. Pour on top, sprinkle with nutmeg, and add a cinnamon stick.
