Gingerbread Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar (can sub brown sugar)
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 ounce coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlua)
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1-2 tbsp gingerbread syrup
  • 2 ounces espresso, cooled
  • 1-2 ounces vanilla coffee creamer

Preparation

  1. In a small pot, combine the gingerbread syrup ingredients.

  2. Heat on the stove over medium heat, stirring until combined.

  3. Let the syrup cool in the pan.

  4. Add all martini ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.

  5. Strain the mixture into a glass and serve.

Tips

  1. Any extra gingerbread syrup can be used in your morning coffee the next day.
