Gingerbread Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar (can sub brown sugar)
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 ounce coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlua)
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1-2 tbsp gingerbread syrup
- 2 ounces espresso, cooled
- 1-2 ounces vanilla coffee creamer
Preparation
In a small pot, combine the gingerbread syrup ingredients.
Heat on the stove over medium heat, stirring until combined.
Let the syrup cool in the pan.
Add all martini ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain the mixture into a glass and serve.
Tips
Any extra gingerbread syrup can be used in your morning coffee the next day.
