Gingerbread Espresso Martini Cocktail

Ingredients

Gingerbread syrup

  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar (can sub brown sugar)
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp ginger

Espresso martini

  • 2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 ounce coffee liqueur (ex: Kahlua)
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1-2 tbsp gingerbread syrup (recipe above)
  • 2 ounces espresso, cooled
  • 1-2 ounces vanilla coffee creamer

Preparation

  1. Combine the gingerbread syrup ingredients in a small pot.

  2. Heat on the stove over medium heat, stirring until combined.

  3. Let the syrup cool in the pan.

  4. Add the espresso martini ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.

  5. Strain the mixture into a glass and serve.

Tips

  1. Any extra gingerbread syrup can be used in morning coffee for added flavor.
