Dairy Free Chai White Russian
Ingredients
- 6 ounces vodka
- 4 chai tea bags
- 3/4 cup dairy-free half & half or full-fat coconut milk from the can
- 4 ounces dairy-free Bailey’s
- Cinnamon to sprinkle
- Cinnamon sticks for garnish
Preparation
In a bowl, add the vodka and tea bags. Let the tea bags steep for at least 2 hours. Then remove the tea bags.
In a shaker, add the chai vodka, Bailey’s, and half & half. Shake well.
Pour the mixture over ice.
Top with cinnamon.
For a stronger drink, add less half & half.
