Dairy Free Chai White Russian

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces vodka
  • 4 chai tea bags
  • 3/4 cup dairy-free half & half or full-fat coconut milk from the can
  • 4 ounces dairy-free Bailey’s
  • Cinnamon to sprinkle
  • Cinnamon sticks for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, add the vodka and tea bags. Let the tea bags steep for at least 2 hours. Then remove the tea bags.

  2. In a shaker, add the chai vodka, Bailey’s, and half & half. Shake well.

  3. Pour the mixture over ice.

  4. Top with cinnamon.

  5. For a stronger drink, add less half & half.
