Apple Cider Bourbon Fizz
Ingredients
- 6 oz bourbon, whisky, or dark spiced rum
- 12 oz apple cider
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 10-12 shakes bitters
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1 apple or pear, thinly sliced
- 8 oz brut champagne, prosecco, or sparkling water
- Ice
Preparation
In a pitcher, combine the bourbon (or whisky/dark spiced rum), apple cider, lemon juice, and bitters.
Stir the ingredients together to combine.
To serve immediately, add ice to glasses.
Place one cinnamon stick and a few slices of apple or pear in each glass using tongs.
Pour the cocktail mix into the glasses.
Top off each glass with brut champagne, prosecco, or sparkling water.
