Almond Cheesecake with Citrus Note

Ingredients

Base

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 4 processed dates
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons coconut margarine

Filling

  • 250 grams ricotta
  • lemon zest
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 dates

Preparation

  1. Mix all base ingredients together without processing.

  2. Press the base mixture into a baking pan

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the filling ingredients until smooth

  4. Spread the filling evenly over the base

  5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
