Almond Cheesecake with Citrus Note
Ingredients
Base
- 2 cups almond flour
- 4 processed dates
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons coconut margarine
Filling
- 250 grams ricotta
- lemon zest
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 dates
Preparation
Mix all base ingredients together without processing.
Press the base mixture into a baking pan
In a separate bowl, combine the filling ingredients until smooth
Spread the filling evenly over the base
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
