Gluten-Free Lemon Poppyseed Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- fresh juice from 1/4 lemon
- 1.5 tsp poppyseeds
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together until fully combined.
Microwave for 1 minute.
Top with a mixture of coconut butter and maple syrup for a fun glaze.
