Aero and Biscoff Protein Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
- 120g oats
- 250ml almond milk
- 3g cocoa powder
- 40ml liquid egg whites
- 19g peanut butter whey protein
- Aero chocolate bar
- Toffifee
- Peanut butter Oreo cookie
- Lotus Biscoff spread
Preparation
Microwave 120g oats, 250ml almond milk, and 3g cocoa powder for 2 minutes.
Add 40ml liquid egg whites and microwave for another 40 seconds.
Mix in 19g peanut butter whey protein.
Microwave again until the oats reach a cakey texture as the egg white cooks.
Top with Aero chocolate bar, Toffifee, peanut butter Oreo cookie, and Lotus Biscoff spread.
Tips
Aero chocolate bars melt well on top of oats for the best texture.
Adjust microwave time based on desired consistency.
