Neapolitan Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Base

  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 1 tbs Chocolate Protein Powder (@macr0mike - d/c “amb-han”)
  • 1 tbs Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk

Cream

  • 20g White Chocolate (melted)
  • 2 tbs Coconut Yoghurt

Top

  • 30g White Chocolate (melted)
  • 1 tbs Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Berry Powder (@unicornsuperfoods Antioxidant Blend)

Preparation

  1. Mix the base ingredients together and smooth them flat in a container.

  2. Mix melted white chocolate with coconut yogurt for the middle layer and spread it over the top of the oats.

  3. Mix the ingredients for the topping together and pour them over the vanilla cream layer.

  4. Leave the container in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to set.
