Layered Neapolitan Overnight Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
Base
- 1/4 cup Oats
- 1 tbs Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 tbs Cacao Powder
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
Cream
- 20g White Chocolate
- 2 tbs Coconut Yoghurt
Top
- 30g White Chocolate
- 1 tbs Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Antioxidant Blend
Preparation
Mix base ingredients together and smooth flat.
Mix melted white chocolate with yoghurt for the middle layer and spread over the top of oats.
Mix ingredients for the top together and pour over the vanilla cream.
Leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to set.
