Maple Pecan Pie Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 heaped tablespoon coconut yoghurt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Toppings
- pecans
Preparation
Blend the oats into flour.
In a bowl, mix the oat flour, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla protein powder, coconut yoghurt, and baking powder well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with pecans.
Bake at 180°C for 16 minutes.
Remove from oven and drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
Notes
Bake for less time than usual for a gooey texture instead of cakey.
