Peanut Butter Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat milk - slightly warm
  • 4 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 peanut butter cups
  • extra peanut butter
  • oats and peanuts to top

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180C

  2. Put the milk in a bowl and add the peanut butter. Whisk till fully combined

  3. Add the protein powder and whisk

  4. Add the oats, chia seeds and baking powder. Whisk to combine well

  5. Sprinkle with peanuts and oats

  6. Divide between three ramekins and bake for 18 minutes

  7. Take out of the oven and gently add the peanut butter cups

  8. Bake for another four minutes

  9. Enjoy!
