Protein Oats with Baked Cinnamon Pear

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • plain yogurt
  • 1 pear
  • ground cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Halve the pear and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Bake for 20-30 minutes until soft.

  2. In a saucepan, combine oats, vanilla protein powder, water, and almond milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes until thickened.

  3. Serve the cooked oats topped with plain yogurt and the baked pear.
