Protein Oats with Baked Cinnamon Pear
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- plain yogurt
- 1 pear
- ground cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Halve the pear and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Bake for 20-30 minutes until soft.
In a saucepan, combine oats, vanilla protein powder, water, and almond milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
Serve the cooked oats topped with plain yogurt and the baked pear.
