Avocado Mango Salsa with Hot Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 atafelo mangos, peeled and diced
  • 2 avocados, pit removed and cubed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh corn
  • ¼ red onion, finely diced
  • ½ cup cilantro, loosely packed and roughly chopped
  • Zest of one lime
  • Juice of 2 small limes
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp @pisqueya Spicy Sweet Hot Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Add diced mangoes, avocados, cherry tomatoes, frozen or fresh corn, red onion, and cilantro in a medium bowl.

  2. Add lime zest, lime juice, maple syrup, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.

  3. Gently toss the ingredients until they are fully combined.

  4. Refrigerate the salsa for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  5. Serve with chips, tacos, or as a side dish.
