Blueberry-Buckwheat Chia Parfait Drizzled with Raw Chocolate and Cacao Nibs
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup buckwheat groats soaked overnight
- 5-6 cashews soaked (or use 1-2 tsps nut butter)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup blubs
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- Splash of vanilla
Preparation
Blend In a high powder blender until smooth
Layer as you wish you can use chia pudding, fresh fruit , granola, coconut yogurt, chia jam the list is simply endless
