Blueberry-Buckwheat Chia Parfait Drizzled with Raw Chocolate and Cacao Nibs

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup buckwheat groats soaked overnight
  • 5-6 cashews soaked (or use 1-2 tsps nut butter)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup blubs
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • Splash of vanilla

Preparation

  1. Blend In a high powder blender until smooth

  2. Layer as you wish you can use chia pudding, fresh fruit , granola, coconut yogurt, chia jam the list is simply endless
