Blueberry Muffin Porridge

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of oats overnight
  • almond milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp @freesoulsistas vanilla
  • 1 tsp @naturya maca powder
  • 1 tsp chia or flaxseed and 1 tsp almond butter
  • blueberries
  • maple syrup
  • coconut
  • nuts
  • banana

Preparation

  1. Soak 3/4 cup of oats overnight in half water/half milk. In the morning, cook on a hob slowly with more almond milk

  2. Add in 1/2 mashed banana, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp @freesoulsistas vanilla, 1 tsp @naturya maca powder, 1 tsp chia or flaxseed and 1 tsp almond butter. Stir until thick and cakey! ?

  3. Top with warmed blueberries, maple syrup, coconut, nuts, banana, @nutblend perfect nut butter and granola (I used @bioandmeuk apple&cinnamon)
