Blueberry Muffin Porridge
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of oats overnight
- almond milk
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp @freesoulsistas vanilla
- 1 tsp @naturya maca powder
- 1 tsp chia or flaxseed and 1 tsp almond butter
- blueberries
- maple syrup
- coconut
- nuts
- banana
Preparation
Soak 3/4 cup of oats overnight in half water/half milk. In the morning, cook on a hob slowly with more almond milk
Add in 1/2 mashed banana, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp @freesoulsistas vanilla, 1 tsp @naturya maca powder, 1 tsp chia or flaxseed and 1 tsp almond butter. Stir until thick and cakey! ?
Top with warmed blueberries, maple syrup, coconut, nuts, banana, @nutblend perfect nut butter and granola (I used @bioandmeuk apple&cinnamon)
