
Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
- 2 tbsp gluten free rolled oats (uncooked)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- optional- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- blend everything together well.
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for plant based option)
- i smeared the coconut yogurt on the inside of the jar and also added some on top!
