Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 2 tbsp gluten free rolled oats (uncooked)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • optional- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • blend everything together well.
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for plant based option)
  • i smeared the coconut yogurt on the inside of the jar and also added some on top!
