Carrot Cake Cookies
Ingredients
- 100g oats
- 80g flour
- tsp baking powder
- 25g coconut oil
- couple of tbsps maple syrup
- tsp vanilla extract
- cinnamon
- flax egg and grated carrot
Preparation
Form into cookies and bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 mins
Top with vegan vanilla frosting (soy yoghurt, liquid sweetener and vanilla extract
