Vegan Cauliflower Mash with Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower floret (1 fresh head)
  • 1/4 cup of Earth Balance Butter (soy free - dairy free)
  • 1 roasted garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp of fresh crushed pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp of water

Preparation

  1. Roast the garlic clove until soft

  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets

  3. Boil or steam the cauliflower in water until tender

  4. Mash the cooked cauliflower with butter, roasted garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth
